Motor loads up while idling not allowing hole shot. Acts like no oil won't go past the 2000 rpm mark. Turn off and back on sometimes fixes as well as neutral rev to clean out sometimes fixes.Or both. Oil tank just a quarter low brings about 2000 rpm limit until tank filled up. Runs great other than these two issues. Are they related? Is oil tank sending unit bad? Hoping for easy fix.
