Yamaha TRD70 2003

Never had a problem with this motor. Started it up before going fishing and it sounds like it is missing. Motor ideals then shuts off. I pumped the ball and fuel came out of a hole in the lower unit above the prop. When I idled the motor would shut off. I pumped the ball also when I Idling and the motor shut off. If I had the throttle up a little it would stay on but no power. I have attached a pic of the 3 plugs. Also the bubbles behind the boat when under power had a lot of exhaust smoke in it.
