Recently purchased this boat, 1996 Grady White 272 Sailfish with twin Yamaha S200 TXRU. Took it out for the first time and after 10 minutes of 1000rpm’s to get out of the marina I throttled up and within a few seconds reached 3800 rpm’s at which time the alarm (constant) sounded. Pulled the throttles back to neutral and after roughly 30 seconds the alarm stopped. The starboard engine would/will not throttle beyond 1100 rpm’s after that event. There is oil in both the engine tank and remote tank and pee hole is discharging water. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
