Yamaha F80 2000

Engine runs fine up to 3/4 throttle then anything over that it runs fine for a minute or so then starts dropping rpm and enters what I can describe as limp mode. After this happens I can turn the motor off and back on and it works again the same way very consistently. It is not a fuel issue I have tried everything fuel related ( the engine is carbureted). The telltales are strong the thermostat is clean and working as it should. what all sensors can send these into limp mode? (Per the manual I have a throttle position sensor oil pressure sensor and water temp sensor)
