I have an Express H18DB with a Yamaha f70 outboard. Take off the trim works fine but after it gets going the trim will not trim up anymore it will trim down but not up. The only way I can get full trim is have it up at holes hot which makes for a long bow rise before it finally planes out. I am only getting about 30 mph out if this package with minimal gear and my wife. I should be getting more speed. Any suggestions?
