Yamaha F70 purchased new in 2015

My F70 hangs on the back of an 1860 jon boat with a center console and has run very well with only about 215 hours on it since purchase. I only feed it non ethanol gas with stabilizer in it. It is hooked to a NMEA network which shows it is operating within normal ranges for temp, RPM, and voltage output. The pattern is relatively new and is holding a charge well.
On my last two outings the motor will run smoothly for a period of time, but will then just die when at speed. It will start up and run smoothly again for a little way and then die again. There is no sputtering or rough symptoms; it just dies. The fuel is good, with a in-line water separator and the filter under the cowling shows no water.
Where should I start looking to troubleshoot this issue.
Thank you.

As an update, I have ruled out a battery issue, have replaced the fuel lines, the water separator, the fuel filter on the back of the motor and the VST filter. I am still having the same issue as described above and am now going to replace the low pressure fuel pump, followed by the high pressure pump if not fixed.
