My motor has been losing power (almost like a chugging) while on the water and the fuel priming bulb keeps going soft. I am guessing it is a fuel related problem so I have replaced the priming bulb, changed the fuel filter and replaced fuel. Unfortunately, the motor will not start at all now after doing all these things. The motor is cranking fine (but not starting). Any ideas what the problem could be?
