When in neutral outboard will only crank, however it will not start. Now when I push the throttle control lever and raise RPM's greater than 1500 it will start and run, but when I push throttle control to neutral it will stall out. Why doesn't my 2007 Yamaha F150 TLR crank and start in the neutral position?
