Yamaha 70ETLH 70hp 2 stroke

Sounds like it’s running on 2 cylinders and only intermittently on 3. It does this at all RPMs. The person I bought it from said her mechanic said it needed a new stator so I replaced the stator. It still runs the same with the new stator.

Yamaha 3 cylinder problem

I have a 90 hp yamaha that runs on 2 clinders until it warms up and i also thought it was a stator but turns out it was the cdi unit. Worse part is it cost over $600 just for the part. You luck
