Yamaha 4 stroke 70 HP 2011

Motor has set for about 1 1/2 years not being started or ran. What all needs to be done before trying to run? Ran perfect before. not a lot of hours on motor.

Change the oil, new fuel, old fuel in system could cause issues, presume you will install new battery
