My Yamaha 50 is on a boat that weighs apx. 1150 lbs. it planes off fairly well, but the rpm’s must be kept above 4500 to keep it on plane. Could I change the prop and make the outboard not have to work as hard to stay on plane??? I’d appreciate any help??? I’ve removed the prop, and will trade it if it will help???
