Sounds like I am having a fuel shortage problem. Boat shutters and shakes and cannot get it over 3000 RPMS now. I have replaced the fuel lines from the tank to the fuel water separator, fuel water separator to primer bulb, and to vst hose. I noticed last night that my VST bowl was half empty and when I pulled my fuel water separator it was not full of fuel. I did run the boat low on fuel the last time I had it out and didn't realize how low I was until I went to take it out last weekend and left the dock. Grabbed fuel at the fuel dock and was ok at idle and when I went to get on plane it wouldn't go. Replaced hose again from primer bulb to VST hose fitting, and replaced the primer bulb, replaced spark plugs and tried to run yesterday and still not getting up on plane.

Is there such a thing as puling air when I ran low on fuel and creating an air lock?
