shift lever locked: I was working on replacing the fuel inlet on the motor. Afterwards could not shift gear into neutral. the motor was mounted in the boat and I tilted it up and down a few times, so I must have jammed something. I can jiggle the plastic stop on top of the flywheel and while holding it I can pull the starter rope, but when i release it the motor locks up again, because it is in gear.
