Spring outfitting on the hard. Hooked up to hose & water. Hard to start and required starting fluid (Not unusual for first time in the spring, it normally starts fine during the season.)
The engine started but is running rough at about 2000 rpm. It will not idle down with out stalling. The cooling water coming out the exhaust contains black oil particles. I notice black oil sludge building up at the exhaust hub. Never seen this before.
