Yamaha 115 hp 4 stroke 2017

Cylinders 1&4 are not working. I can unplug the spark plug cable and or the fuel injector wire and it makes no difference. So far I have replaced the fuel filters and cleaned the fuel seprator. I have changed the spark plugs. I have swapped the 1&4 coil with the 2&3 coil and still no change. proving the coils are working. I have swapped the #1 fuel injector with the #2 fuel injector proving the injectors are working and still no difference. I installed a new CDI and that made no difference. I took the cables off the battery, turned on the ign and touched the two cables together to drain the capacitor in the CPU and when I started the engine the problem is still there. I am at a loss of what else to look for.

Only 2 other things i can think of is did you do a compression check on 1&4, or it could be your stator. My first choice would have been coils or power pack, but you check them. Good luck
