i have twin engines like described above, the starboard engine will not fully go to full rpm, When both throttles are all the way forward, it will be 4-500 less in RPM. then port motor. Then when pull back on port engine, it will also decrease rpms in Starboard motor. till about 4800 rpm, then it acts normal thanks for any thoughts...
