boat runs great for an hour or so pulling tubes and running about. after about 1 hour at start up it will not come to plane. Giving it full throttle does nothing not even more rpm's. the boat will not die and still will get me home but it will not pull tube. I hear a winning in the engine but cannot tell why. I have replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter. It does not run rough and after I let it sit for about 30 minutes it will go again for a bit. Could it be a vapor lock?
