Got a problem on the prot engine volvo penta D13 / year 2014 / 920 hrs error code after 1hr of sea trial . On a 70 foot yacht
MID 128 SID 5 FMI 5 OCC --- active status
We completed our normal service all filters saperators impellers ,flushed all coolers replaced the wiring harness due to unstable power to injector found out deteriated wire sheath due to oil and heat serviced all the injectors as we suspected some bad fuel was used by previous owner.
Went for sea trial was fine for 2 hrs tem was perfect 90 ~91 ° then on way back got alarm injector 4,5,6 after shut down and restart engine is fine for like another hour then back again same issue I get same codes .
Also went further doubted the injector solenoids measured across nothing suspicious ohms reading is steady between all 6

This problem was not present in the last two years of ownership about 2 months ago only we started getting the alarm and found out that there was a recall on the harnes due to deteriation happening inside the rocker cover valve.
Kindly advise the direction where to look or what to do . I personally don't want to swap injectors to see if the problem moves along its a big job
