So I just repowered my 2006 Seaswirl. Rebuilt it from the ground up. I am having issues with bogging at the 3000 rpm mark and higher while in neutral. I have put new gas in , new distributor, new fuel pump, new filter, new idle control vlave. Throttle body is in good shape and cleaned new plugs new wires. Timing has been adjusted. I am running out of idea’s to solve this issue. If any body could help I would greatly appreciate it. TIA
