The engine started bogging down when throttle is pressed started at higher rpm and progressively got worse to where I could barely idle without killing it. I went out in the morning with no issue but I only went about 20-25mph, when I went to go back to the dock I gave it a little extra to get up on plane quickly and that was it.
I also can hear a whining sound that sounds similar to trim hydros but no where near as loud.
