i ve got a 79 ranger bass boat thats been all redone it has a merc 140 hp 2 stroke motor batteries are fully charged and it will not start and will drain the batteries if i do not give it a shot of starting fluid once it starts it runs great and then i ll stop and troll around for awhile and the same thing when i go to start the outboard iprime the bulb up till its tight and it will not start without the starting fluid any suggestions thank you
