I have a 1984 mercury 90 hp. It was running fine. When I loaded it in the trailer and started to lower the tilt it stopped working and now the key will not activate the starter. I can jump the solenoids and both the started and tilt will work. Is there something in the controls that can keep the ignition switch and the tilt switch from working?
