My trim /tilt will go down consistently. It is sporadic coming up. When I run 12 volt direct current to the green wire it tilts down. When I run direct 12volt current to the blue wire it raises up instantly. To me this means the really is bad as I see no broken wires, corrosion etc
Is this a valid test?
