Suzuki DF140 2006

My port engine has recently begun to stutter at higher rpms until it runs for a while. Things of note

- This started right after I replaced the oil cooler (which failed and dump oil everywhere) I'm assuming it's related but not sure how unless having a new oil cooler is keeping the engine a little cooler and affecting operating temperature.

- It runs perfectly fine under ~2900-3000 rpms. Once you go over that it starts to drop ~500-700 rpms randomly. The starboard engine runs fine.

- The longer it runs the higher the rpms can go without running into the issue.

- After about 35 minutes I can run it wide open without issue.
