Suzuki 75DT 1984. I haven't started in a few years new gas new fuel filter ect. it starts fine but you have to engage the choke by hand (thats another problem for later). It idles just fine but when I throttle up it's fine but when I throttle back down it won't go back down, it sometimes starts revving up even more and the key wont shut it off! I have to choke it out. All the linkage goes back down as it should. I'm stumped.
