Motor sat for a year and when ran again it would only do about 1/2 speed and ran rough. Put in new external fuel filter, flushed fuel lines and replaced old fuel with new. it still idles rough and will not go over 4000 rpm when at full throttle. It surges to full speed for about 30 seconds then goes back to running rough continuously. Cleaned out the low-pressure fuel filter but still the same problem. It seems like it is not running on all cylinders. Maybe a clogged injector or high pressure fuel pump? Any one had similar problem?
