My motor is on a pontoon boat. It starts easily every time, but last year it never would go full speed. It would get to 3600 rpm and slowly go down to 3200 rpm and then we could slowly get it back up again. We never had it looked at. We could always get it to 5000 rpm until last summer. We changed spark plugs, but that didn't help.
