Hello- I bought a Triumph 210 that has a 2002 Suzuki 140 which runs really well. The issue is the boat has a Yamaha 704 controller that is very stiff, especially when trying to get into reverse. Before taking it into a shop, I would like to have an idea what could be wrong. Is it likely a lubrication issue or am I more likely to have them say it’s all got to be changed to a Suzuki controller?
