Chasing a no spark, stator and timer both pass resistance tests. Port side stator wire reads 0v with DVA output test and hits 300v on the starboard side. Is this a bad stator? I'm not an electrical engineer (structural, actually) but I do know not to let the smoke out of the wires. Please dumb it down. Thanks!
