I put in a new switch and is wired correctly but the motor will not turn over.i get power to the top side of the voltage regular but not to the starter cable on the very top. It will start if I cross the top and bottom terminals of the voltage regular with the key on. I'm pulling my hair out trying to find the cure .( need help )
