I have a 2003 175 hp merc. optimax and a merc 9.9 4 stroke on my boat. I bought them new on my new Tundra 20 boat. Becouse of health reasons I have not used the boat since 09. The boat has never stayed out doors, it's always been in my garage. Befor trying to start it what should I do or have done?
