Sometimes the engine (Optimax 90hp, 2008) cuts off while cruising above 5000 rpms, but will start right back up with no problem. It did it today out on the lake, but this time though, it did not start back up immediately. Then I felt the "fuel primer ball" and saw that it was not hard. I squeezed it a few times to make it hard, then the engine started up.
Is there anyone having a similar problem with their Mercury Optimax 90hp?
