I have a older model Evinrude motor 25 Hp out board. It has been in storage for several years. It will not crank with the plugs in both cylinders. However, with one plug out it will crank and start and run on the single cylinder. I have tested it in this way for both cylinders and it runs but only with one plug in place. Once I put both plugs in it will try to crank but then stops. Any thoughts please.
