Recently had twin 135 hp Honda 4 strokes (94) on 26.6 work cat. Can't get over 2000 rpm under load but they seem to run great. Throttle is opening all the way and tach is ok bu 19 mph doesn't get it I changed props but no noticeable change both engines tach out identicle. Can't figure this would welcome suggestions
