mercury pro xs 225 2021

I changed spark plugs (180 hrs on motor). 6 plugs look normal, 2 had black powdery deposits all over. The two black plugs were on the starboard side, top plug and 3rd plug from top. I noticed decreased power and vibration from engine. I have only used no ethanol fuel with mercury fuel additives, Any ideas
