at speed engine will bog down and sometimes quits will restart and adle am at a loss have checked everything and new updated reeds

it seems fuel not coming enough, disconnect the pump see the fuel pressure, could be dirty filter, kinked line etc. Or something is telling the kill circuit to come on, bypass it and see. Than low voltage from magnet and that goes to the high voltage transformer. So faulty coil,

Sounds like a fuel restriction try another portable tank and different fuel line to test it.
