Battery not charging when running,ie; 12.4 volt when motor off. 11.6 volt when running and longer you run , lower it goes. 5 min running battery drops to 11.4 volt. the alternator has output when running but the output lead has some inline diode or electronic fuse that is open circuit. Does anyone know what this is ? photos attached
