no spark that i can see at the spark plug, i can feel a slight tingle at the plug with my hand. found two yellow wires that look like they go to a regulator mounted to the side of block just below the flywheel that were melted together.not sure what parts to test or how to test them. all help would be great as the fishing season is in full swing here in cali, thanks again..
