Engine runs rough and pops through exhaust. When I remove the top plug wire while running, the engine idle doesn't change. Rebuilt carbs and fuel pump. Replaced coil, reeds, fuel lines, primer bulb, and filters. Compression is 120 psi in all cylinders. Fuel pump pressure is 4 psi.
