I recently purchased a 25' Pontoon boat, before launching it I was changing the oil, I pulled the filter, it looked as though no oil had been filtered,it was dry and though it had been setting for over 3 months it looked unusal. Is there a way to check to see if the oil pump is working and the oil is being circulated properly?
