I have power to the dash and to the engine positive and negative posts with my a brand new battery.
The engine trim relays click when button is pushed, 1 single, hard click the other way multiple fast weaker clicks.
Trim will not work and engine will not start or even crank.
Motor has 40 hours and has not been started in 15 months.
There are 2 additional matching relays that I am not sure what they do.
Any suggestions?
