HP fuel pump doesn't come on. No voltage to hp fuel pump connector on top of VST when IGN on. No voltage to what wires I traced to 20 amp fuse in the 4 gang mini fuse but have voltage to 2 other fuses. I'm just wondering what tells the pump to come on, or if there is another fuse location. Pump is new, I have many years of mechanic exp and have rebuilt vst's before, but electrical isn't my strong suite. Engine electronic system beeps when ign to on.
