Motor has not run for 12 years. Two carbs. I have cleaned the fuel tank, I have fresh fuel and oil mix and added a can of sea foam, have changed the plugs, and cleaned the fuel filter screen. The carbs appear to be clean and debris free. The plug wires I believe are original, I am having a hard time finding new ones. I got it to start for about a minute then it slowly died and will not restart. When attaching the flush ears is water supposed to come out the tell-tale hole or only when the motor is running? New to owning a boat so I am learning on the fly.
