Stored boat outside winter of 2019 and in the spring noticed the lift cylinder had frozen and cracked. Had the lift cylinder repaired with a new cylinder housing ($700). Worked good all of 2019. Stored outside again and after the winter was over, the cylinder had froze and cracked again. Why is this happening?
