Has anyone had the rubber seal that goes in between the intake airbox and the throttle body intake come off and get sucked into the throttle body ? I had this happen recently and took three weeks for the dealership to find the problem. I have heard of other people having this happen. Has anyone seen it documented anywhere from Mercury or also had it happen? My motor is under warranty, but the dealership may not want to pay for it because no parts were replaced.
