Mercury 2018 60 hp EFI CT Fourstroke

Engine starts good, runs fine except at idle after it warms up. Then runs rough like it's missing but not consistently. Never dies, just falters. If urn engine off for a minute or two, it will then idle fine (trolling) until you speed up to move and then it starts idling rough again. I suspect the AIC solenoid valve.
