Boat has been sitting for 5 years. Compression at 85-90 on all cylinders. Changed fule lines, rebuilt filter, new plugs, plug wires, and new lower unit. Put on the water and would die when you gave throttle before all of the work. Now will run at 1200rpms then die when you gave more throttle. I then swapped to an offline tank and now I get 2000rpm at full but it will surge and open up more but not steady. Do I need new carbs or rebuild these? I have not touched the carbs as of now.
