Bought a rebuilt motor. Have had it out 3 times. Same set up and prop. Barely comes out of the hole and Max's out at 5000 rpms trimmed out. Old motor would max around 5800 5900. Have checked ked basic things and changed ecu. No change. Had someone floor the hot foot and noticed at wot the butterflies on the bottom are horizontal but the top 2 are only around half way open. Could this be the problem? And how does one adjust this.
