1997 2 Stroke EFI doesn't get on plane easily, and when it does can only hit a top speed of 42 mph, compared to 55 mph when running great. Changed the spark plugs, this weekend with no improvement in this issue. The motor idles and starts as it should. Is t his an injector problem, prop problem or fuel system problem or none of the above?
