Hello.Flywheel turns aprox one rotation then stops. Goes back same and stops again. When I put in gear prop just clicks clockwise, counter clockwise it jams. I pulled plugs & soaked cylinders with sea foam deep creep prior to this and let sit overnight as engine has sat for over a year with no use. hanks Scott
